Delivery of services depend upon availability of healthcare provider .Panacura Healthcare Ensure you to give quality of services . Without payment made to Panacura Healthcare as per agreement ,it cannot confirm your appointment . You are bound to agreement when you visit website or take any kinds of healthcare service from Panacura healthcare. Panacura Healthcare right to cancel any appointment any time without prior notice to user.
VII.CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Panacura healthcare does not give guarantee of availability of same health provider in same day after rescheduling .Panacura Health care have authority to cancel any appointment any time without giving notice to his user. Panacura healthcare believe into provide quality of healthcare services to our customer. Our payment option is smooth and clear with time bound cancellation policy as per company guidelines.
Cancellation Policy will be acceptable only if Customer informs the company within 24 hrs from the time of booking .Customer can cancel his appointment within limited time period. For doctor consultation user will have to make payment .After confirmation of payment, Appointment will be booked. After payment and taking services of doctor consultation, money will not be returned back.
For Availing laboratory services you have to deposit 100% amount before collecting sample of concerned lab. If payment done by user in advance in Panacura, No cancellation policy will be applied after collecting sample. Before collecting sample, Total deposit money will be refundable as per company policy.
Panacura will not responsible for any kinds of failed transaction. If payment made by customere is failed then money will be returned back to customer in same payment mode within 3 to 9 working days by Bank.

You acknowledge and agree that service offered by Panacura Healthcare to user directly or through health provider or affiliates are risky and failure /adverse effect of Services resulting disability and mortality .User should read customer agreement carefully and accept it with their own consent. Panacura Healthcare ensure you to deliver good quality of services but does not give grantee to any kind of recovery or outcome from serviced offered to you. You acknowledge and agree to provide good environment to health care provider and ensure to not harass physically, mentally and emotionally. Panacura Healthcare is not responsible for any kinds of misuse of patient’s data by health provider or affiliates. User/service taker /patients will have to make payment to Panacura Healthcare as per terms and agreed and It neither linked with its service outcome nor its service delivery time.
XIII. GENERAL
Force Majeure. Panacura Healthcare will not be deemed in default here under or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.
